About
Most agencies stop once the lead comes in. Operzy runs the ads that bring leads in, then puts AI sales agents behind them so every lead is answered, qualified and booked. One small team, and one number we agree on up front.
The person you'd work with
I've spent my career on one question: which parts of a business should a person never have to do by hand again? I've worked on it with more than fifty companies, from first-hire startups to eight-figure operations, across more than a dozen industries. The size of the business changes; the question doesn't.
Operzy started by applying that question to growth. Businesses were spending real money on ads, then losing the leads those ads produced: calls missed after hours, forms answered the next afternoon, no-shows nobody chased. The ads weren't the problem. What happened after the lead came in was. So we handle both.
My degree is in Business Analytics and Information Systems, which covers both measuring how a business performs and building the systems that run it. Both halves matter here. Most of what I've learned, though, came from the projects themselves: seeing what makes a system last and what makes it quietly fail. The failures were rarely technical. They happened because nobody agreed on how to measure success, the unusual cases were never planned for, or the system was built somewhere the client couldn't maintain it. Operzy is set up to avoid those three problems first.
How we work
Every engagement starts with how leads move through your business today: where the ad spend goes, where leads wait, and where they get lost. Channels and tools are chosen after that, not before.
Operzy takes on a limited number of clients, so you work directly with the person building your ads and your system. No handoff to a junior team after the sale.
We won't send ad traffic into a process that loses leads, and we won't build agents with nothing to answer. The two are designed and measured as one system.
We agree on the starting numbers before anything launches and measure them again after. You see the same weekly numbers we do, and you're not locked into a long contract.
Next step
One call. Your numbers, our honest read on what's leaking, and whether we can fix it. No pitch deck.
