This Privacy Policy explains how Operzy ("Operzy", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit our website, book a call with us, or use our services. By using the site you agree to the practices described here.
Information you give us. When you book a call, email us, or fill in a form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, company name and anything you choose to tell us about your business.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may collect technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring site and the date and time of your visit. This may be collected through cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and advertising tools (for example Google Analytics and Meta Pixel).
Information from third-party tools. Scheduling is handled by Calendly, and the data you enter when booking is processed by Calendly under its own privacy policy as well as ours.
We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics and advertising. Advertising platforms such as Meta may use cookies or pixels to recognise your device and show you ads based on your visit to this site. You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of interest-based advertising through the Meta ad preferences page or industry opt-out tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (for example scheduling, email, analytics, advertising and hosting providers), with professional advisers where needed, when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer. Service providers are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us.
When we build or operate systems on behalf of a client, including AI sales agents and advertising campaigns, we process data on that client's instructions and under the agreement with that client. The client remains responsible for the lawful collection of its customers' data and for providing any notices required to them.
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to or restrict certain processing, by emailing contact@operzy.com. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, and we will honour them as required.
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Our site links to third-party sites and tools, including Calendly, LinkedIn and our assessment tool at audit.operzy.com. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
